“Working with Andy was awesome. From the very beginning he came in and did a great job, I was very impressed. Probably most with his marketing materials and all of the information that he had. We were a first time seller, so he knew that and came prepared for that and did a great job, so that really impressed me from the get-go. And he knew the market of our neighborhood well, was very confident in being able to sell the house. He did a great job. He was always, always there when we needed him, a text away. Or somebody could get back to us pretty quickly throughout the whole process. We eventually had 4 offers on our house, multiple offers on our house, but it took about four times. I think we were the first time for him for having people back out multiple times, he did a great job in continuing. It took a long time for us to finally get to somebody who would actually buy the house but I don’t think the house was on the market for just a quarter of that time. He did a good job each time finding somebody. That just showed a lot to him, his credibility, his marketing, and his presence online, and so on and so forth. It was great. With our final person we had already moved to another state and he went and dealt with a bunch of it himself which was awesome for him to do that. It’s rare to hear of a real estate agent going to the house and do some work to kind of get the house ready for the buyer, so yeah that was really, really cool. And we didn’t ask him to do that, he just did it and called us and let us know that he got it done. So I was really appreciative of that. “

“He was very persistent and he was always, always there for me and very flexible with his schedule because I have a very busy schedule. He was always willing to do anything to help out, get me any information I needed or wanted and he was really on top of everything. Really the whole process was him, I was just in the back ground.  He really did an outstanding job of going above and beyond in assisting me in finding the right home. Every time I found an issue he’d find a contractor or whatever to come and take a look at it and even when I had some repairs done to the house he made sure we did a walk through and really made sure that everything was done to the tee of what it was actually drawn up to be done. He was very persistent the entire time in accomplishing my goals, so that stood out in my eyes the most. “

“Well Andy helped my fiancé and I find our first home together. We probably looked at about, I don’t even know how many houses, 20 houses or so and with each house Andy really took into account the things that we said we liked or didn’t like or needed in a home and he just, based on that delivered a great performance and helped us find the perfect home for us. And in the area that we wanted and within the price range that we needed as well. So, Andy’s performance, it just, it was outstanding and we refer him and recommend him to everybody. One day I had to go look at houses without my fiancé and we had about 5 on the list, and Andy and I went into each home together and in the first house he could recognize that I was struggling not having my fiancé to bounce ideas off of. And just from Andy knowing how my fiancé and I interacted with each other Andy kind of toured me through the homes and he made sure to point out things that would need to be fixed in the home and things that would probably cost us more in the long run, he really helped to point out things to me that I wouldn’t look at but my fiancé might. He just kind of stepped in and was the perfect partner. He was really great at being honest about what was good and bad and what would need to be fixed in the homes that I was looking at alone with him.”
